“When it was my grandfather,” says Sean, “it was him. When I was a kid, when Grandpa was out of town you’d have to go over to their house — since it was a direct landline — and you’d have to stay at his house to answer the phone. Now it looks different, but we still answer 24/7. That’s still the same. The majority of the time it’s Matt, but sometimes it’s me or Adam. The point is that someone is always answering the phone who can make decisions for you.”
